INTERNATIONAL ORDERS will incur a $30 shipping charge due to high insurance costs and may be subject to custom duties taxes and brokerage fees. Those fees are not included in the cost of shipping and handling quoted on this website. Any taxes and duties that incur during shipment are the responsibility of the customer. SONIA HOU, Inc. is not responsible for customs charges. The receiver of the package will be billed separately from customs when your package arrives in the country.

ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS
By purchasing goods from SONIA HOU, Inc. you are entering into a legally binding agreement with our company on the following terms. Please read and understand these terms as they affect your rights and liabilities. Please unpack and inspect your order immediately. Any claims must be reported within 5 business days.
An agreement for SONIA HOU, Inc. to sell goods is made when we accept your order. The description of goods, price and applicable tax are agreed on between purchaser and seller when order is placed. Our charge for transport, packaging and/or freight will be included in the final invoice upon shipment and is to be borne by purchaser.
Placement of an order is a binding agreement. All orders are considered final.
RETURN POLICY

Domestic returns must be requested within 30 days of your order date for a refund or store credit. Once the label has been created you will have 14 days to drop it off at your local carrier in order to receive a refund. After 14 days, the return label will expire, and you will need to contact Customer Service for a new return label. This will result in the refund being issued as store credit towards a future purchase.
All returned packages must include the securely packaged merchandise, the original invoice, and a return form. Note: if the jewelry has been worn and shows visible signs of wear, including scratch marks, your return will be denied.
For returns or exchanges, there is a $10 return fee to cover the shipping and restocking fees. For international returns (non U.S.), there is a $30 return/exchange fee due to high shipping costs overseas.

INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE
All accurately returned products will be credited via original form of payment (excluding shipping costs). We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.
SHIPPING & LOST PACKAGES
At Sonia Hou Jewelry, every piece is carefully packaged and shipped with love and care to ensure it arrives safely to you.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed and mostly shipped within 24 hours after purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We rely on trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Once your package is scanned by the carrier, it becomes their responsibility to deliver it safely. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method.
LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

Double-check your shipping address and check with neighbors or your building management.

Contact your local post office or carrier — they can often locate misdelivered packages.

If it still can’t be found, please email us at info@soniahou.com within 7 days of the delivery date, and we’ll do our best to help you open a carrier investigation.
Please note: Sonia Hou Jewelry is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.
PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT
If your package is lost in transit (tracking never updates or shows it was never delivered), we’ll gladly help file a claim with the carrier. If the claim is approved, we’ll either replace the item or issue a refund.
