INTERNATIONAL ORDERS will incur a $30 shipping charge due to high insurance costs and may be subject to custom duties taxes and brokerage fees. Those fees are not included in the cost of shipping and handling quoted on this website. Any taxes and duties that incur during shipment are the responsibility of the customer. SONIA HOU, Inc. is not responsible for customs charges. The receiver of the package will be billed separately from customs when your package arrives in the country.

ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS
By purchasing goods from SONIA HOU, Inc. you are entering into a legally binding agreement with our company on the following terms. Please read and understand these terms as they affect your rights and liabilities. Please unpack and inspect your order immediately. Any claims must be reported within 5 business days.
An agreement for SONIA HOU, Inc. to sell goods is made when we accept your order. The description of goods, price and applicable tax are agreed on between purchaser and seller when order is placed. Our charge for transport, packaging and/or freight will be included in the final invoice upon shipment and is to be borne by purchaser.
Placement of an order is a binding agreement. All orders are considered final.
RETURN POLICY

Domestic returns must be requested within 30 days of your order date for a refund or store credit. Once the label has been created you will have 14 days to drop it off at your local carrier in order to receive a refund. After 14 days, the return label will expire, and you will need to contact Customer Service for a new return label. This will result in the refund being issued as store credit towards a future purchase.
If your return is requested after 30 days, the return may be subject to a return fee, and at discretion of SONIA HOU Jewelry LLC.
All returned packages must include the securely packaged merchandise, the original invoice, and a return form.
For international returns, there is a $30 return fee due to high shipping costs overseas.

INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE
All accurately returned products will be credited via Paypal, money order or cashiers check (excluding shipping costs). We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.
